In this article, I’m going to break down some of the best leadership advice given in from some of the world’s most successful entrepreneurs, so you can implement it into your life and business strategy.

1. Gary Vaynerchuk: Don’t Look Back

“All this looking back is f*cking with your neck.”

While many have their own opinion of Gary V, he’s by far one of the most popular and successful entrepreneurs out there today. His foul mouth can turn off some, while his energy and passion get others pumped up. The bottom line is that Gary speaks from the heart and shares the cold hard truth about today’s business landscape.

Far too many people are looking behind them rather than seeing what’s right in front of them. When you focus on the past, you are wasting time that you could invest in planning and executing the future. Yesterday’s home runs won’t win today’s game — nor will yesterday’s strikeout lose today’s game. Focus on the now rather than the past; see what you have coming up instead of dwelling on previous wins or losses.
