Are You Ready for The Weik Fitness 30-Day Challenge?

I’m completely bonkers right now and super excited to tell you about a project I’ve been working on for a while.  It’s The Weik Fitness 30-Day Challenge.  Now, this isn’t your normal challenge.  To be honest, in my opinion, it’s one of the coolest challenges out on the market today.  Why?  Because it isn’t some cookie-cutter 30-day challenge where you are told to do some specific exercise each day.  Not that it’s necessarily bad, but you’re only focusing on the fitness aspect of the challenge.

Sorry, I must have dozed off thinking about how boring other 30-day challenges are.  Ok, where was I?  Oh yeah… What I was saying is that this 30-day challenge is unlike anything you’ve experienced.  If you are new to exercise… If you have no clue how to get started down the path to health and fitness… If you have tried every diet out there or every workout program under the sun without results… THIS is for you.  Now, those who have been in the game a little bit, this challenge might not be tough enough for you (just being fully transparent).  But, without knowing your personal level of experience, I can’t give a definitive answer for your specific situation.

This 30-day challenge will give you a full bodyweight workout, HIIT workouts, a better understanding of how to eat meals out, how to get better sleep, how to reduce stress, how your television can help you lose weight, and many other topics.  I didn’t want something that has already been done and I didn’t want to force you to put blinders on and only focus on fitness.  That is just one piece of the equation.  In order to improve your health, there are many factors (all of which are included in this challenge) that you need to consider and change when it comes to your lifestyle.

The time is NOW!
