EGG-cellent Protein Source: Egg Whites

I wrote an article a while back about egg whites and I think it’s worth a look for those who aren’t familiar with this protein powerhouse.  If you would like to read the article please click here to check it out.  I have been using egg whites for quite some time now and have found one particular brand to win over my taste buds–Muscle Egg.  You can purchase them online and they come in a pourable container which makes preparation so simple that even I can do it.  Here’s the thing that I like… if you find yourself getting bored with normal egg whites, Muscle Egg actually has them in different flavors.  Some of these flavors are Chocolate, Chocolate Caramel, Cake Batter, Mint Brownie, Vanilla, Strawberry, and my current favorite due to the season–Pumpkin Spice.  When making a protein shake, to add extra protein you can simply pour some of your favorite flavored Muscle Egg into the mixture, shake it up and you totally transformed your protein shake into something unique.
