Winter Bulk Nutrition: How to Gain Size and Not Body Fat

In this episode, I want to talk about winter bulk nutrition. People seem to have it stuck in their mind that they can eat whatever they want in order to bulk and put on size. While they can put on size with that strategy, most of the gains will be body fat. Therefore, they need to be extremely specific with the food they consume as their winter bulk nutrition so that they can maximize lean muscle gains while mitigating body fat. If you dirty bulk, you’ll spend most of your spring dieting and doing hours of cardio just to burn off what you put on during the winter months.
