BSN EndoRush RTD Review — Best Pre-Workout in a Can?

Is the BSN EndoRush drink the best pre-workout in a can?  Well, my BSN EndoRush RTD review might have people screaming, “TAKE MY MONEY!”

As many of you know, I’ve been in the supplement industry for over a decade and I’ve tried my share of pre-workouts in a can/bottle.  One of my all-time favorite RTD pre-workouts was MET-Rx NOS PUMPED.  It gave me great energy along with an amazing pump.  That being said, the BSN EndoRush RTD review below as you will see has completely blown me away.  I got amazing energy and a skin-tearing pump with each can.  Now mind you, I only got one can of each flavor, but that was enough to solidify my opinion of the beverage.

One cool thing I liked about the BSN EndoRush RTD was that it’s carbonated.  So, rather than being a normal water-based drink, it had some fizz to it and went down similar to a soda or energy drink like MONSTER.  At first, I didn’t think I would like that, but I quickly enjoyed drinking it with the little carbonation it had.  Let’s dig into some key points of interests for this BSN EndoRush RTD review…

Noteworthy BSN EndoRush RTD Ingredients:

  • 350mg of Caffeine
  • 25mg of TeaCrine
  • 1.5g of Beta-Alanine

Flavors/Taste:

  • Citrus — Out of all the flavors, I enjoyed this one the most.  It was similar to drinking an orange soda.
  • Blue Raz — I would consider this my second favorite flavor of the group.  It definitely had the normal blue raspberry flavor we are used to.
  • Fruit Punch — If you have read my other reviews, I’m sick of Fruit Punch flavors.  Yes, it had the normal taste.  No, it wasn’t anything special.

Directions:

Drink the entire BSN EndoRush RTD bottle 15-30 minutes prior to your workout.

Overall Opinion:

I’d definitely drink these again (except for the fruit punch flavor).  The Citrus was by far my favorite and I could easily get accustomed to slamming one of those before each workout.  Would I recommend these?  Absolutely.  While the price is a little steep (which is expected since it’s conveniently in an RTD form), I’d consider these every now and then.  Maybe not as an everyday pre-workout due to the cost, but I’d certainly toss it in the mix to change things up from time to time.  If you are sensitive to stimulants, the BSN EndoRush RTD probably isn’t the drink for you due to the high caffeine content.
