In this episode I discuss why I exercise.  Everyone has their own personal reasons, and I share mine with you.  Are they the same as yours or different?  Our reasoning for exercising is what helps us stay on track with our program.  In a way, it motivates us to get it in during the week and stay committed.  When you don’t have a reason for why you exercise and work out, you’re less likely to stay the course and will probably give up before long since you’re simply going through the motions without a cause.  Here is my reasoning and what fuels me to hit the gym every week.  Give a listen.  Check out our new episode and it could quite possibly help improve your life!
