Banana Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

If you’re anything like me, you’re constantly looking for a healthy alternative to delicious (yet unhealthy) chocolate chip cookies.  Well, you’re in for a real treat.  Below are my favorite banana chocolate chip oatmeal cookies!  They are so simple to make, even I can do it!  And it only takes 15 minutes!

 




 

 

Banana Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies Recipe

 

Ingredients
  • 2 medium ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1 cup of uncooked Quick Oats
  • 1/4 cup of chocolate chips

 

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F
  2. Spray a non-stick cookie sheet with cooking spray or simply put down a layer of non-stick parchment paper on the cookie sheet
  3. Combine the mashed bananas and oats in a large bowl
  4. Stir in the chocolate chips
  5. Place a tablespoon size of the mixture across the cookie sheet and have each scoop evenly spaced
  6. Place in the oven for 15 minutes
  7. Let cool and enjoy!
